Prognosis Global Consulting was appointed by a leading luxury leisure brand to develop a comprehensive and unique Brand Experiences Framework and Guest Experiences Management Systems through the entire customer life-cycle. The strategic objective of the assignment was to ensure that the Brand has geographically consistent ‘Unifiers' for all their resorts and destination specific ‘Differentiators' reflecting the location, culture of the region and the Spirit of the Land.
For the duration of a year, we worked seamlessly along with the executive management team at each of their units to create customised Brand Standards and elevating the overall ‘brand’ services delivery through curated personalised customer experiences.
We developed a strategic, long-term, growth and development framework for a domestic Upscale hotel Brand. The long term objective of the assignment was to design, develop and implement a Brand Development Matrix and Brand Architecture for their multiple hotel brands. Based on detailed market research, various development trends and opportunities and the market potential for development in India, Prognosis successfully developed a 10-year growth strategy for their various brands.
As part of the assignment, a detailed development framework covering 90+ markets was delivered to the Client based on a comprehensive market studies and competitive benchmarking, conducted over a six month period. Prognosis successfully delivered a curated growth model allowing each of their brands to grow on an asset light strategy in emerging markets across India.
Prognosis was retained for design, development and implementation of sales, business planning and revenue management systems for a leading upscale business hotel brand. The objective was to ensure that the key business planning objectives and targets are measurable, time bound, specific and result oriented. Prognosis also assisted in formulation of the brand’s rate strategy and sales plans. Additionally, we concentrated on building strategies, and objectives to ensure the stipulated revenue targets as per the business plan are achieved.
At the end of the 6-month engagement, we successfully implemented a Revenue, Sales & Rate Management system for the brand, which included development of Uniform Rate Levels, Dynamic Rate Management Grid, development and administration of BAR Rates, development of SOPs for management of Rate Parity across all channels, inventory management, guest profile management, OTA management and Demand Forecasting Tools.
